Point at what goes and what stays. The crew loads everything that goes, sweeps up, and you only pay for the space it takes in the truck — most garages are a ¼ to ½ truck.
A two-person crew loads most jobs — pianos, hot tubs, sheds and other big pieces may need extra hands or dismantling, which your pro confirms in the app first. We can’t take paint, solvents & chemicals, motor oil, propane tanks, asbestos, and medical or biological waste.
Your crew can only add to the price with your approval in the app, and your payment is held until you approve the finished job.

If there’s more on the day, your crew shows the new price in the app and you approve it before they load.
