Includes two-person loading from anywhere on the property, sweep-up and disposal / recycling fees. Heavy material (concrete, drywall, dirt, shingles) adds $75 per ¼ truck because dumps charge by weight. Plus the $4.99 booking fee and sales tax. If there’s more on the day, your crew shows the new price in the app and you approve it before they load.
⁺ Heavy material — adds $75 per ¼ truck because dumps charge by weight. ⁺⁺ Needs taking apart or extra hands — your pro confirms any extra in the app before starting, and nothing is added without your OK.
A two-person crew loads most jobs; for pianos, hot tubs, sheds and other big pieces your pro confirms any extra hands or dismantling in the app first. Have appliances unplugged and disconnected (gas and water lines need a licensed pro). Point out anything heavy — concrete, dirt or shingles — so the price is right.
Choose single item up to a full truck and see the price before you book. Add photos or notes for anything awkward.
Two people arrive in your time window, carry everything out from wherever it is, load it and sweep up.
Your pro adds a dump or donation receipt photo (or the drop-off) to your job before it’s marked done. Payment is released only when you approve.
