The consultation is $199 on Genie. Full staging depends on the number of rooms, whether the home is vacant, and how many months it stays — stagers send itemized quotes, and Genie doesn’t charge you for quotes.
Occupied staging works with the owner’s furniture and adds accessories and key pieces. Vacant staging furnishes empty rooms and usually costs more because of furniture rental.
Independent stagers who sign up on Genie, are ID-verified and reviewed by clients after every job.
