Best practices — getting flooring done right
Know what good looks like before you book:
Let flooring acclimate in the room before installation
Fix any subfloor issues first — the floor is only as flat as its base
Choose the right product for the room (vinyl/tile for wet areas)
Order 5–10% extra for cuts and future repairs
Why it's worth it
A flawless, level floor that lasts decades
New flooring is one of the highest-ROI upgrades
Proper subfloor prep prevents squeaks and gaps
Transforms the look of a whole home
